The Friends of Buffalo Animal Shelter is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization comprised entirely of Shelter volunteers. The group supports the municipal city agency run by the Buffalo Public Works Department. Donations to the Friends of Buffalo Animal Shelter are tax deductible.
